Executive's Message

As we reflect on our journey, I am filled with pride and gratitude for the positive impact AWARD Pakistan continues to create in communities across the country. Through resilience, dedication, and strong partnerships, we remain committed to empowering marginalized communities, promoting gender equality, strengthening youth leadership, and supporting sustainable development.
With the support of our donors, partners, and communities, 160 women and men established or strengthened their businesses, while 770 youth received vocational and technical skills training for better livelihood opportunities. In addition, 533 young individuals participated in leadership development programs to become confident and responsible change-makers.
Our gender justice initiatives reached 1,893 community members, while 1,926 individuals benefited from trainings on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), climate change, and the harmful effects of early-age marriages. Furthermore, 1,912 individuals received medical support and health awareness services, and humanitarian relief assistance was provided to 300 people during times of crisis.
These achievements represent transformed lives, strengthened communities, and renewed hope for a brighter future. AWARD Pakistan remains committed to building a more inclusive, resilient, and just society for all.
On behalf of AWARD Pakistan, I sincerely thank our staff, volunteers, partners, donors, and communities for their continued trust and support.
Together, we can continue creating lasting change.

AWARD Pakistan
Message from The Chairperson

It gives me immense pride to share that AWARD Pakistan continues its journey of dedication and impact, staying true to its Vision, Mission, and core values. Over the years, AWARD has grown into a national-level organization, working to uplift marginalized communities—especially rural women across Pakistan.
As we move through 2026, we remain committed to empowering communities and promoting sustainable development. Building on our past efforts, we continue to expand opportunities in education, women’s empowerment, and inclusion. From supporting students and strengthening livelihoods to promoting access for persons with disabilities, our focus remains on creating meaningful and lasting change.
We also continue to invest in community resilience through leadership development, life skills, and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) initiatives—helping individuals and communities prepare for future challenges with confidence.
We are actively working across Pakistan, particularly in Punjab and Sindh, where our efforts reflect our belief in community-led change, respect for local culture, and the importance of inclusion.
These efforts are only possible because of the dedication of our team, the trust of our communities, and the continued support of our partners and donors.
As we look ahead, we remain hopeful, committed, and determined to create more opportunities and transform lives.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
Mrs. Yasmeen Cecil
